Shipping & Delivery


All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 24 hours upon confirmation of payment. This may vary with circumstances such as available stock, online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order.

Pick up – You are very welcome to pick up your order once it is ready for dispatch. Our pickup location is 36 Loan Road, Ballymena, Northern Ireland, BT42 1ES.

Regular business hours only. Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm.

Delivery Cost – Shipping is free for every device for any customer in the UK or Ireland, 48 Hour & 24 Hour shipping options are also available at time of purchase.

How do I change my delivery address?

For security and fraud prevention the delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been placed.

Can I add or remove items from my order?

It is not possible to add or remove items once an order has been placed. Please place a new order for additional items or follow our returns process for the unwanted items. In the case of adding items we will ship together for no extra fees if possible.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Our orders are dispatched promptly, therefore we are unable to amend your order once it has been placed. To cancel your order under the Consumer Contract (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you can refuse delivery or follow our returns process within 10 days of receipt of your goods. This does not apply to the products listed as exclusions in our returns policy unless they are faulty. Customer pays all shipping for returns.

We reserve the right to cancel orders and refund customers’ money due to pricing errors or other issues relating to accidental misinformation.
