Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact us prior to purchase if you have any questions or concerns. We accept returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met:

  • Contact us within 7 days of purchase
  • All new devices must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging
  • We are not responsible for return shipping fees
  • We do not refund items that are lost in return transit and recommend that tracking is used

If above conditions are not met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for refund even if the items have been mailed back to us. If the goods are damaged, the Customer may reject the goods under The Sales of Goods Act.

Please notify us by e-mail within 48 hours of delivery of any of shortage or damage to goods in transit with attached photos. Risk in respect of the goods passes to the buyer at the moment of delivery.

Sale items are non-exchangeable nor returnable unless the items are faulty on day of delivery.

Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product. The company cannot under any circumstances entertain any financial demands from the customer for late or incorrect delivery.

Carson Computers makes no warranty on any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose. Returned refurbished devices must be in a re-saleable condition. We recommend that you put the device back in the box it was delivered in and securely fasten the device so it is not able to move around. It is always helpful in the event that damage may be caused in transit to take a couple of photographs before they are wrapped and when they are wrapped, prior to collection.

About Refunds

Refunds will be processed via WorldPay as soon as the device is delivered to us.

Refunds can take up to 10 working days to be deposited, according to WorldPay policy.

Alternative payments can take longer.
