Clients are charged a monthly fee by Microsoft for each user license, which in turn gives each user full access to the Microsoft Office 365 Suite which includes Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint.

As well as being able to edit documents on a desktop or laptop computer, users can also access documents via the Microsoft website from any PC in the world.
