As part of our virus removal service, we will also install a good antivirus and anti spyware program that will protect your computer from future infections. As with all anti virus software, your computer can never be 100% safe as new viruses are being released on a daily basis.
As with any service offered by CCS, you can either drop off your computer at our workshop, or have an engineer make a free callout to your home.
Virus removal can be quite tricky. Our general rule of thumb is that if you have more that five infections on your computer, then it is time for a reinstall. A reinstall is more cost effective that paying an engineer to sit down and manually remove more than five viruses from a computer. As a bonus, you get a fresh install of Windows that will make your computer run much smoother.
