As a valued customer of CCS, you have the option of having an engineer travel to you house for free to repair your computer or you can bring your computer to our workshop.
We aim to have all computers repaired with 48 hours, this may take longer if parts have to be ordered. For most computers, we have a good supply of stock available to enable us to offer a 48 hour turnaround.
All repairs are carried out by a qualified engineer in a clean anti-static environment. Included in all repairs is a clean up of the inside and outside of your computer. This can be invaluable in the overall operation of your computer, as dust is one of the major contributors of hardware failure.
